Drop-in industrial integration
Semi-finished composite structures engineered to integrate directly into existing production processes — without significant added process complexity for the end user.
InnoReact develops advanced material, coating and product-architecture concepts for applications where performance, sustainability and industrial feasibility have to work together — and turns them into protectable, manufacturable technology.
InnoReact is developing and producing a new multilayer elastomer-composite platform — built on advanced formulation technology, slot-die coating, lamination and controlled cure-state management — to create high-quality semi-finished composite structures, ready for industrial partners.
Semi-finished composite structures engineered to integrate directly into existing production processes — without significant added process complexity for the end user.
A platform built on proprietary formulation technology, slot-die coating, lamination and controlled cure-state management for precise, repeatable performance.
High-quality multilayer structures engineered for durability, consistency and demanding functional requirements across industrial applications.
We are seeking development, validation and licensing partners for this program. The underlying methods are protected — conversations begin under NDA, where we share enough to evaluate the opportunity together.
InnoReact is founded on three decades of hands-on innovation leadership at two of the world's largest multinationals — and an inventor portfolio of more than 140 patents and applications.
Director of Draught Development
Led development, industrialization and commercialization of new packaging, dispensing and material technologies on a global scale — including bag-in-container systems, fiber-reinforced composite containers and recyclable polymer crate & pallet systems.
Independent material innovation
Freelance development work on material substitution — including the transition from cellulose-acetate to paper-based solutions — addressing sustainability and next-generation product requirements.

Founder & Principal Inventor — InnoReact
Daniel Peirsman is an innovation and technology-development professional with more than three decades of international experience in materials, process technology and industrial product development.
He held senior R&D and innovation leadership roles at multinational organizations including AB InBev, as Director of Draught Development, and has carried out independent material-innovation work for Philip Morris International — contributing to the development, industrialization and commercialization of new technologies, products and manufacturing processes worldwide.
His expertise spans polymers, elastomers, coatings, barrier systems, fiber technologies, process engineering and innovation management, backed by a portfolio of more than 140 patents and applications.
Today, through InnoReact, he focuses on identifying high-value innovation opportunities — currently a new multilayer elastomer-composite platform — and transforming them into technically viable, commercially relevant and protectable solutions.
